If you're flying from St. Louis:

Commercial flight options:

American Air has a flight that is the shortest and best options and it runs every day of the week. Leave at 6:00 AM with one plane change in Miami and land in Punta Cana at 2:50 PM. Return flight is at 4:15 PM and lands in St Louis at 10:00 PM. This flight is about $780 with tax for the round trip flight (rates may change).

St. Louis Non-Stop Direct Flight Options:
02/29/12 - 7, and 10 nights
03/01/12 - 3 and 7 nights

These Apple charter flights are about $800.
The flight going down leaves at 8:00 AM and lands at 2:10 PM.
Coming back it leaves Punta Cana at 3 PM and arrives St Louis 5:00 PM.
